Winter Raincheck Guarantee

We offer a ‘Raincheck Guarantee’ for society bookings during the Winter whereby your deposit will be held for use against a future booking if your Society opts not to play in poor weather, or in the unlikely event the course is closed.  We would require a conversation with the organiser a minimum of 48 hrs before the day to discuss the likelihood of play.  The absence of such a conversation would result in a charge being levied against the deposit for food wastage incurred.  Please note re-booking of your Society day under the Raincheck Guarantee would be subject to course availability.

Our staff will ensure that your day is smooth and enjoyable, with catering options and facilities to appeal to your society members. Bespoke packages available. Please email  admin@hammanor.co.uk to discuss your requirements.

Please note that our Dress Code is smart/casual in the Clubhouse. Strictly no caps or other headwear to be worn in the Clubhouse, nor any football shirts or similar style clothing.

No golf shoes permitted in the Clubhouse, with the exception of the Lakeside.

All players should play golf to a reasonable standard and be in possession of either an official Club handicap, or Society handicap.
