Ham Manor Charity AM-AM. Honours Board competition.
Teams of 4, any combination (18 holes).
Registration from 7.30am - Coffee & Bacon Rolls available to purchase (pre-orders will be required for anyone playing before 8am).
Tee times are in Zones. Members may select a preferred Zone (08.00-09.00; 09.10-10.30; 10.40-12.00; 12.10-12.50, 13.00-13.30).
A rolling 2-course meal is included either before or after play depending on allocated tee time, followed by Prizegiving (change of clothes not required).
Entry Fee: £40pp Members, £65pp Non-Members (max 3 Non-Members per team), which includes Coffee on arrival, Golf, 2-Course Meal & Prizes. Payment will be taken from Club cards by the Office 48hrs before the day (members will be charged for any guests).
Prizes: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th teams, plus Best Mixed (2 Men & 2 Ladies) & Best Ladies Teams (if 4 or more teams per category have entered & team is not in the top 8). Number of prizes is subject to the number of entries and may be increased or reduced as necessary.
Nearest the Pins (all prizes donated). ‘Pot of Gold Hit The Green’ on 4th & 17th Holes (£5 per hole to enter). Putting competition to win a prize.
Raffle. All prizes generously donated (£5 per strip or 3 strips for £10). Raffle will be drawn whilst play is taking place and winning tickets will be affixed to the prizes. Please ensure you keep your raffle tickets and check the Raffle table before you leave the Clubhouse, as any unclaimed prizes on the day will be put towards a future charity event.
Prize winners are expected to attend the prize giving at the end of the day. The Crystal Bowl will be presented by Lee & Jean Newbon and the winners are required to give a speech of thanks. At least 2 players per team MUST be present at the prize presentation to collect any team prize, including at least 1 member. In the event that fewer players are in attendance, the team prize will be allocated to the next best placed team.
