Should you wish to make a booking, the form and menu details can be downloaded from this site. However before submitting these details we do ask that you telephone the office on 01903 783288 to ensure the date you require is available. Please note we set aside THURSDAYS for Society visits.
The form should be completed as fully as possible in order to assist us in making your day at Ham Manor successful and enjoyable and return together with a cheque for £100 as a non refundable deposit.
Reservations for Golf and Catering will be made on the information provided on the booking form. Exact numbers, particularly for catering purposes, must be confirmed 48 hours prior to your reservation date. These final figures will be used as the basis for your account and no changes will be accepted after this time.
Full settlement must be made on the day and your invoice will be available for collection from the bar before you leave, unless special arrangements have been made with the office.
In order to avoid embarrassment on the day, would you please ensure ALL your members have a current valid handicap certificate and are aware of the relevant details prior to arriving at the Club. This particularly applies to the dress code as guests not conforming to dress rules WILL NOT be allowed on the Golf Course or in the Clubhouse. Please note that mobile telephones are not permitted in the Clubhouse and we operate a No Smoking policy.
